small protected valley, nestled in the Texas Hill Country.

The rich alluvial soil, laced with limestone, flint and shale chips, provides ideal growing conditions for our grapes.
Our wines and vines receive personal care and tending combined with a labor-intensive handmade approach to picking, fermentation, winemaking and bottling. This produces a very personal result in our wines, unmatched in character and uncompromised in quality.
We strive to make our wines as unique as Texas.
