Apple Crisp
(The March 2009 Soup Saturday Desert)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Granny Smith Apples
- 1 lbs Pink Lady Apples
- 2 TBS Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 Tbs Cold Butter (1/2 stick)
- ½ cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
