November Bottling

We have just finished our Fall bottling at the winery and there are a few people around here that could use a massage.

Imagine having to move 120,000 lbs. in 50 lbs. increments over the course of two days. It's the most physically demanding job throughout the course of our year. OK enough whining, we have six new wines to enjoy! This year we brought out some old favorites and want to introduce some new flavors.

  • After eighteen months of aging our 2008 Unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon is finally ready for your finest meals.
  • The 2009 Demi-Sweet French Colombard and White/Black Spanish can't wait to sit by the pool this summer.
  • For something new we are introducing our Demi-Sweet and Dry Sparkling wines to ring in the New Year.
  • And finally after three years of braving the Texas elements the 1096 Port is ready for desert.

We are very proud of our new vintages, come on by and give them a try.

Christmas Joy

We have so many new varieties that must be tried for the holidays...and many of the new ones aren't on the store shelves yet....only sold in the Tasting Room. Come give our new White Black Spanish and Sparkling Bone Dry and Demi Sweet the ultimate taste test - you won't be disappointed.
