What is the difference between champagne and sparkling wines?

Sabrina
Did you know that all champagnes are sparkling wines but not all sparkling
wines are champagnes?

  • Only sparkling wines made in the region of Champagne in France can be called Champagne. Anything else produced outside of that region is referred to as Sparkling wine.
  • Champagne is great and taste delicious but can be pricey, however Sparkling wines are affordable and still have lots of tasty bubbles.
  • Sparkling Wines taste wonderful with many different styles of food such as creamy or rich foods, salmon, and pastas due to its bubbly texture.
