Crisp Puff Pastry
(The July 2010 Red, White & New, Dessert)
Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 pint fresh blackberries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries (cut into 3-4 pieces depending on size)
- Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
- 2 cups 2% or whole milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- NV Demi-Sweet Sparkling (enough to just cover fruit)
