Crisp Puff Pastry

(The July 2010 Red, White & New, Dessert)



Ingredients


  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint fresh blackberries
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries (cut into 3-4 pieces depending on size)
  • Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
  • 2 cups 2% or whole milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • NV Demi-Sweet Sparkling (enough to just cover fruit)
