This event will feature the added benefit of wine and food pairing instructions and recipes by Chefs Pete and Cindy Proctor (proprietors of Anchor’s Landing Family Restaurant) ![]() Appetizer: Main Course: Unoaked Cabernet Beef Short Ribs with whole mushrooms and seasoned with Franklin’s Dipping Spices. Paired with 2008 Unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon Pasta Linguine with sautéed mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, yellow and red bells and made with 2008 Sauvignon Blanc. Paired with 2009 Demi Sweet French Colombard Fresh Asparagus steamed and served with a lemon Beurre Blanc and made with the 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Warm Rolls with Unsalted Butter Dessert: Crisp Puff Pastry filled with custard and glazed with demi sweet sparkling wine and roasted berries Paired with Sparkling Demi-Sweet Wine service will include 2 oz. tastings of featured wines plus a 6 oz. glass of a non-reserve wine of your choice during the luncheon.
