This Fume Blanc is our outstanding Sauvignon Blanc finished in new Chilean oak barrels. It is silky smooth, with full mouth feel and slight smoke and oak impressions. In addition to hints of banana, peach and spice, there is a tingling mouth feel, almost as if the wine was carbonated, but alas – it is not. Not sweet, not dry. Balanced on the edge.
A new wine sensation from our “Texas Style Wines®”. Great with seafood or pasta and white sauce.

2007 Unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon. $26.99.
Another unique wine made only by us - this Cabernet arrived to be used as a blending wine. Upon sampling, it simply blew us away. We felt that oak would not improve this wine but rather ruin it…therefore, we bottled as is – “unoaked’ . The wine is rich and fruity, has a great mouth feel with smoothness and low tannins.
People who don’t like red wines buy this wine, but so do people who are red wine drinkers. You won’t believe this in your mouth. A great ‘Texas Style® ” wine.

2006 Shiraz/Syrah. * Was $25.99, On Special Now $10.99 *
This is our initial release. The wine is very dark, almost opaque. There are intense aromas of blackberry, tobacco, smoke and earth. Dark and brooding flavors of boysenberry and black pepper lead to a rich, mouth filling finish.
This wine had the potential to age, and while it is great now, one to three years of aging will reward the owner with greater complexity and richness.

2008 Black Spanish. $30.99.
The only wine made entirely of a Texas native grape, it has deep midnight garnet hue with aromas of mulberries, cinnamon and black cherries. The wine is medium bodied with a spicy front, a fruit filled middle, and lingering soft finish, thus making it very versatile with an array of foods. This wine is a consistent award winner.
