Texas Wines

We’ll take a look at the history and the future of the wine business in Texas, as it stretches from the Piney Woods to El Paso, and from the Panhandle to the Rio Grande Valley.  With an ever-growing industry, the choice are getting better all the time, and this class will include some of the professor’s personal favorites as well as some special bottles from hidden corners of the state.
