We have carefully hand selected each course to pair wonderfully with our wines as well as the with the amazing Schott Zwiesel glassware to take you on this adventure of the senses.
Held at the historic Jingu House Pavilion located in the Japanese Tea Gardens with seating beautifully appointed to mingle with old friends as well as meet new.

Our first glass presented will be the beautiful martini glass. We put our own spin on this magnificent glass by pouring either a Saki Cranberry Martini or our famous Spicy Diver.
First Course ~ Appetizer
Accompanied by hors d'oeuvres of Chicken Teriyaki Skewers and Chicken and Vegetable Pot Stickers wwith a ginger soy sauce.
This glass is ideal for serving gimlets, sidecars and other cocktails without ice as well as being ideally suited for thicker beverages ike daiquiris and other blended drinks.
As you find your way to the beautiful seating amidst the Japanese Tea Garden we present you with your second glass of the evening.
Second Course - Salad
Served with our award winning 2015 French Colombard wine we pair an amuse bouche of Seared Scallop in a Mango Broth. The 2015 French Colombard is making it public debut at this dinner and it is devine.
Along with the amuse bouche we deliver a salad of Field Greens with Mandarin Oranges, Snow Peas, and Wonton slivers all tossed in a Thai Vinaigrette.
The glassware chosen for this course moves effortlessly as your favorite white wine glass or the casual glass filled with your favorite water or tea.
We pull out all the stops in our nod to Asian flare while you dine under the stars and pavilion at this historic location.
Miso Glazed Grilled Salmon is paired in the third glass of the evening with our 2011 Petit Verdot in this beautiful and large bowl type glass.
This glass handles everything from the leggy 2011 Petit Verdot to a solid Bordeaux and allows room for the wine to breathe and the nose to enjoy everything these wines have to offer.
Along with the grilled salmon is a Thai Basil and Rice Trio as well as an Asian Vegetable Medley.
Main CourseAlong with the Miso Glazed Grilled Salmon as one of the main offerings, we continue to delight by plating a Sake Marinated Grilled Flank Steak.
Our Estate grown 2012 Black Spanish Lenoir is served in a fourth glass at your seating. The beautiful glass we showcase with this pairing is the tall and lovely red wine glass.
This Schott Zwiesel glass not only looks stunning it allows the reds to move and dance and showcase their wonderful depth and aroma.
Again, served alongside the main course duo are Thai Basil and Rice Trio as well as an Asian Vegetable Medley.
Rounding out this incredible meal is the fifth glass of the evening paired with your choice of two incredible desserts.
Green Tea and White Chocolate Cake with Creme Fraiche and Passion Fruit Coulis gently ease you into the final bites of your meal leaving you with the undeniable sigh of satisfaction as you sip on our Bone Dry Sparkling Wine in this gorgeous Champagne Flute.
Our other offering of Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis may tantalize you further as one who wants to end their meal in rich decadence. As with the other choice of cake we pair our Bone Dry Sparkling wine in Champagne Flutes to delight the taste buds.
This flute features avant architectural detailing in linear, sharply-angled bowl shape on a long stem.
